ACNE SPECIALISTS & KOREAN FACIALS • SACRAMENTO, CA
A calm, welcoming Shopify website for a Sacramento acne and Korean facial studio. Booking, a curated skincare shop and client education now live in one place.
THE CHALLENGE
Acne care works differently from a regular facial, so new visitors need to understand where to start before they book. The studio also sells professional skincare. Some of those products are only right for existing clients, so the shop has to guide people instead of just selling.
Everything had to feel calm and trustworthy and work beautifully on a phone, because that’s where most clients find a skin studio.
THE APPROACH
Clear paths separate a first acne consultation from a first-time facial and returning treatments, so every visitor knows which appointment fits.
Professional lines are organized in a Shopify store. Products meant for existing clients ask new visitors to text the studio first, instead of letting them buy something that may not suit their skin.
An ingredient checker, client reviews, before-and-after results and a helpful FAQ answer questions before they’re asked.
WHAT THE WEBSITE DOES
Booking buttons throughout the site connect to the studio’s Vagaro scheduling, with gift cards one click away.
Face Reality, KRX and Corthe collections, with a free-shipping threshold and seasonal promotions.
A friendly popup asks new visitors to text the studio before buying treatment-strength products.
Visitors paste an ingredient list and instantly see whether it contains common pore-clogging ingredients.
A Google reviews carousel and a before-and-after gallery show real experiences from real clients.
Mobile-first layouts, an Instagram feed and a clear FAQ covering first visits, booking and policies.
